Artistic Director Tiffany Cotton Willis has been studying dance for 24 years. Mrs. Willis is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. She is a graduate of Douglas Anderson School of the Arts, Florida School of the Arts and Florida State University. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of the Fine Arts degree in Dance. She has been teaching dance to students of all ages since 1997. She has had the privilege of studying under world renown choreographers and teachers. Tiffany has performed in the National High School Dance Festival, the Florida Dance Festival and the American College Dance Festival. She had the honor of being a member of Arts Triumphant Dance Theatre where she danced professionally under the direction of Yvonne Salcedo Williams. Currently, Tiffany is excited to study dance with Michelle Wynn. Mrs. Willis is the founder of Destiny Dance Center and Destiny Dance Company. It is her desire to see lives changed for the glory of God through the art of dance.

Instructor Erin Howard received her training at the School of the Delaware Dance Company, North Carolina School of the Arts and Chautauqua School of Dance where she had the privileged of studying under Jean-Pierre Bonnefoux and Patricia McBride. She continued her training with MIMEistry International and Living Word Bible College, where she was both a student and resident dance instructor. In addition to Living Word Bible College, Erin has taught at Radomile Academy of dance, a Vaganova based school, for 6 years. Erin danced as a member of Delaware Dance Company, Arts Triumphant Dance Theater, and Opus 1 Contemporary Dance. Her favorite roles include "Snow Queen" and the "Dew Drop Fairy" from The Nutcracker Ballet. Erin is delighted to have the opportunity to teach at Destiny Dance Center where a love of dance and love for the Lord can be combined and passed on to the next generation!

Instructor Kara Riesen has been involved in dance and dance ministry for sixteen years. She has performed and choreographed for women's conferences, weddings, and special church events throughout the state of Florida. Kara currently performs with Destiny Dance Company. Kara's heart is to honor the Lord with her gift of dance, and she strives to do this through continued training and keeping herself pure before the Lord.

Shawn Ruszkowski is a graduate of University of North Florida. She taught in Clay County as a junior high teacher for twelve years. During her teaching experience, she had the joy of coaching girls soccer, track and field, and being a huddle coach for Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Currently, Shawn feels blessed to spend most of her time with her beautiful four year old daughter. At Destiny Dance Center, Shawn works at the front desk and loves to watch her daughter dance in the "Prima" Ballet and Tap class.
